OBJECTIVE
As Los Angeles stands as our second-highest volume customer, we're embarking on a comprehensive redesign of our closure system. This endeavor involves obtaining necessary certifications, implementing option changes, and retraining multiple production lines to ensure consistent manufacturing. Our objective is to enhance efficiency, meet increased order volume demands, and deliver top-quality products that exceed customer expectations

OUTCOME
As a technical designer / product owner facilitating manufacturing processes, I spearheaded the transition of Los Angeles Fire Department's pant production to the TOG line managing changes for a high-volume order within a short timeframe presents significant challenges, especially when multiple production lines are involved in ensuring consistency. Through strategic coordination and technical expertise, redrafting value stream mapping, modifying tech packs orchestrated model modifications and the creation of modular pocket and reinforcement designs, optimizing efficiency and functionality in production we successfully elevated manufacturing standards to meet the demands of our esteemed customers, such as the Los Angeles Fire Department.

40 CAL ARC FLASH SUIT PROJECT
NEXGEN COLLABRATION FOR META MARKET
OBJECTIVE
As a product manager and technical designer, I oversee collaboration with third-party suppliers NEXGEN for fire suit manufacturing, including approving and revising sizing charts, adjusting grading rules, and facilitating pattern modifications. Constant product development support ensures enhanced technical competency throughout the garment's lifecycle. Our focus on improving worker comfort involves implementing modern designs, updated fabrics, and integrated RFID tags for connected worker technology. Pro-Wear Plus showcases up to 17 new features, including Honeywell Salisbury's exclusive 40 Cal Premium ensemble, offering the lightest and most breathable 40/100 Cal suits on the market, coupled with optimized fit and ergonomics, setting a new standard for innovation.
