Transforming E-Commerce Success: Leading the DPC Integration Initiative. Developed the project, swiftly addressed the challenges of a failed HYBRIS system by developing a user-centric B2B sales integration tool, seamlessly incorporating SAP sales data. Addressing made-to-measure complexity, our algorithm facilitates pattern alteration beyond typical ranges for complex body types. Customers are guided to select the closest next size, following alert instructions, ensuring optimal fit. Our system allows customers to override system-generated sweep or raise values if they prefer, ensuring their fit preferences are honored. Additionally, the system ensures alterations stay within offered parameters.

OBJECTIVE
Elevate Customer Experience through Tailored Transparency. Our primary focus is on enhancing customer satisfaction by overcoming challenges in size accuracy caused by alterations in made-to-measure fit functionality. By crafting a transparent sizing sheet, we empower customers to confidently choose their preferred fit, fostering a seamless and personalized shopping journey.
OUTCOME
Enhanced Customer Satisfaction input sheet: With customer-provided input, preferred special alterations became visible, granting customers the choice to modify as needed. Additionally, an alert system aided in selecting the right fit, resulting in a 46% reduction in sizing returns and saving $1.4 million."
Automation initiation from customer input sheet to pattern development.
Streamlining our process, customer size input sheets undergo automated data processing through a series of phase gate checks. Subsequently, this information is fed into another interface, seamlessly integrating size data with customer details. Finally, the combined data is converted into Gerber format and stored in CSV files, ensuring efficient management and utilization of critical garment information.
