As a brand with sophisticated women's designs, successful turnaround led to challenges in product sizing, fit, and manufacturing. These hurdles resulted in inconsistent size charts and prolonged production turnover, impacting end product quality. Furthermore, the brand sought customer personalization and portfolio expansion

OUTCOME
Successfully streamlined 80% of the brand portfolio, resulting in a notable 12% increase in sales. Redeveloped patterns for 12 women's fashion lines, enhancing fit preferences and elevating brand development, performance standards, and quality. Additionally, orchestrated effective communication of business plans, developed new customer demographics, and recommended four portfolio changes based on third-party vendors and manufacturing insights.

Developing a vegan brand for all body types comes with its unique set of challenges:

Material Sourcing: Sourcing high-quality vegan materials that are both ethical and sustainable can be challenging.
